  • 1. What are Sud House’s hours of operation and last wash time?

    Hours: We are open 7 days a week from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM.


    Last Wash: For self-service guests, the last wash must be started by 8:30 PM to ensure you have enough time to finish drying and folding before closing. Drop-off and pickup options are available during full business hours.

  • 2. What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept cash, quarters, major credit/debit cards, and mobile payments (Apple Pay / Google Pay). For Pickup & Delivery orders, payments are handled securely online or through our app via credit/debit card.

  • 3. What machine sizes do you have, and how do I pay at the washers/dryers?

    We offer high-efficiency machines ranging from standard single-load washers up to large 65 lb capacity speed-washers—perfect for large families or bulky items like king-size comforters and rugs. You can pay directly using coins, tap-to-pay credit/debit cards, or via our mobile laundry app.

  • 4. Do I need to bring my own laundry detergent and supplies?

    You are welcome to bring your favorite products from home, but don't worry if you forget! We have fully stocked vending machines on-site featuring premium detergents, fabric softeners, bleach, and dryer sheets.



  • 5. Will there be an attendant on-site if I need help?

    Yes! Sud House is fully attended during business hours. Our friendly staff is always available to help you select the right machine size, operate the payment terminals, or answer any questions.

  • 6. Can I request special detergents or customized laundry preferences?

    Absolutely! We separate every customer’s clothes—we never mix loads. You can choose from standard fresh-scented detergents, hypoallergenic/unscented options for sensitive skin, or eco-friendly alternatives. You can also specify water temperature preference, hanging vs. folding, or fabric softener preferences upon drop-off.
